Note: The following newspaper article was found in the "The Western Light", Volume XII, No. 33, newspaper dated November 12, 1909: MILLER - HUNTER At the residence of Rev. W.P. Garvin, last Sunday a quiet wedding took place. The contracting parties were Mr. Homer R. Miller and Miss Rose E. Hunter. Bro. Garvin pronounced the few words which made them man and wife. Miss Hunter is the daughter of Mr. and Mrs. J.J. Hunter, and is one of Snyder's most popular young ladies. Mr. Miller is a traveling salesman for the Radford Grocery Co., and is well known and liked in Snyder. The Western Light joins their many friends in wishing them much happiness through life. Baptised at the United Methodist Church in Gatesville, Texas in April 1900.
