Note: Inherited the farm on which father Robert lived in 1825-26, in Fairfield Twp, which he purchased from James Cummins, 160 acres, plus a clock and bureau, bed bedstead and bedding, heretofore set apart and designated to them and suck articles of plate and household utensils as have likewise been set apart, also his saddles, bridles and the like. Maps of 1836 show him in Section 14 in 3 locations and also an Alexander Fleming.
