Note: ESTATE OF JESSE CONNOR IN PROBATE COURT,CRENSHAW COUNTY December 11, 1915 This day came U F Rainer of Brantley and filed his petition in writing, and under oath asking to be appointed guardian of the estate of Jesse Connor, minor; Alleging among other things that said minor resides in this county and has property in his own right to the amount of one thousand dollars and probably not more; That no guardian has been appointed for said minor and that the mother and father of said minor are both dead; And alleging further in said petition that said petitioner is a proper and suitable person for said guardianship. Now therefore the said U F Rainer having given bond in the sum of two thousand dollars conditioned as the law requires with J J Rainer and A H Hill as surities, which paid bond with said security has been taken and approved by the judge of this court. It is therefore ordered, adjudged, and decreed that the said U F Rainer be and he is here by appointed to be the guardian of said Jesse Connor and as such guardian is entitled to custody and control of the estate of his said ward to be held and managed by him as in such cases made and provided by law. It is further ordered that letters of guardianshipdo issue forthwith to the said U F Rainer and that the papers and proceedings in this case be recorded. F.M.T. Taukirshey Judge of Probate
