In the matter of the Estate of Clinton D. Ribble, Deceased. On reading and filing the petition duly verified, of Dewitt C. Ribble, praying, for reasons therein set forth, that Charles Walkinshaw may be appointed special Administator of said Estate, to collect, take charge, preserve and manage said estate until a general Administrator can be appointed, and said Charles Walkinshaw having declined to accept the trust, and it appearing to the satisfaction of the Court that said estate requires immediate care and attention, and that it is necessary that a special Adminstrator should be appointed for the purpose aforesaid, And that John Badger is competent and Suitable person to execute said trust: It is therefore Ordered, that said John Badger be, and he is hereby appointed special Administrator of said Estate with full power and authority to collect, take charge of, preserve and manage said estate, under the order and direction of the Court, until a general Administrator shall be appointed, or until discharged by said Court; And it is further Ordered that said John Badger make And return an inventory of said estate to this Court, within thirty days From the date of this order. Ribble whos of the age of twenty-one years and upwards, of the County of Gratiot respectively show : That Clinton D. Ribble departed this life on the Seventh day of August in the year of our Lord one thousand eight hundred and ninety four leaving no last will and Testament, as petitioner is informed and verily believe. That said deceased was, at the time of his death, an inhabitant of Penfield In said County of Calhoun that he was possessed of real and personal Estate situate and being in the County of to be administered and that the estimated value thereof Is the sum of Sixteen hundred Dollars, or thereabout, of which four hundred Dollars is personal Estate, as your petitioner is informed and verily believe. And your petitioner further shows that the names and resisdences of the heirs at law of said Deceased, and other persons interested in the estate, are as follows: Clinton D. Ribble of Gratiot County Michigan Doritha Badger of Penfield Calhoun County Cyntha Cook of Kalamazoo County being children of said deceased.
