  Petition for License to Sell Real Estate for Distibution.
  State of Michigan} Probate Court for said County.
  To George Ingersoll Judge of Probate for said County.
  In the Matter of the Estate of Clinton D. Ribble, Deceased.
  Your petitioner would respectfully represent to the Court, that, on the twelfth
 day of September, 1894, Seth T. Davis was duly appointed by said Court Administrator of Estate
 of said deceased, who departed this life on the Seventh day of August, 1894, leaving no last will and testament, as your petioner is informed and believes.
  That said deceased was seized and possessed at the time of his death of the following described real
 estate, the description, condition and value of each parcel and of the whole of said real estate, according to the information and belief of your petitioner, are as follows:
  The South east quarter of the south
 west quarter of section Eleven in
 town one south range seven west
 in the County of Calhoun State of
 Michigan of the value one
 thousand dollars.
  Your petition further shows that the
 personal estate of said deceased will
 be sufficient to pay the debts against
 said estate as your petition is
 informed and believes.
  Your petition further shows that this
 petitioner Seth T. Davis is the adminis-
 trator of said Estate that the
 petitioner Cyntha Cook is one of
 the heirs of said deceased.
  Your petitioner further represents, that said real estate descends by inheritance
 To the following named heirs of said deceased, in the following manner, viz:
  Dewitt C. Ribble, Doritha Badger
 Cyntha Cook. Children paid
 descends each on quarter thereof
 George Fuller, Lottie Waman and
 Cenith Davison. grand-
 Children of said deceased each one
 twelfth thereof.
  Your petitioner further represents, that the condition and location of said real estate is such that it
 Cannot be partitioned and distributed among said heirs, without great injury to the value of the same, and that no one or more of said heirs are able or willing to have more than their respective portions of said real estate set off to them, and pay or secure to the others proper compensation for what they receive more than their respective shares or portions.
  Your petitioner further represents, that in view of the facts and statements aforesaid, and as he verily believes it is necessary and for the interest of the persons interested in said estate, that said real estate be sold for the purpose of distribution; wherefore, your petitioner prays that the said administrator may be authorized, empowered and licensed to sell the real estate hereinbefore described, with the hereditaments and appurtenances, for the purpose of distributing the proceeds of such sale among the heirs of said deceased, according to there rights therein, in the same manner and upon the same terms and conditions as are prescribed by law for the sale of real estate for the payments of debts, etc.
