Note: From Probate Files for Clinton D. Ribble, Deceased Petition For Appointment Of An Administrator State of Michigan,} County of Calhoun} ss. To George Ingersoll, Judge of Probate for said County. In the matter of Estate of Clinton D. Ribble deceased. The Petition of Dewitt C. Ribble whos of the age of twenty-one years and upwards, of the County of Gratiot respectively show : That Clinton D. Ribble departed this life on the Seventh day of August in the year of our Lord one thousand eight hundred and ninety four leaving no last will and Testament, as petitioner is informed and verily believe. That said deceased was, at the time of his death, an inhabitant of Penfield In said County of Calhoun that he was possessed of real and personal Estate situate and being in the County of to be administered and that the estimated value thereof Is the sum of Sixteen hundred Dollars, or thereabout, of which four hundred Dollars is personal Estate, as your petitioner is informed and verily believe. And your petitioner further shows that the names and resisdences of the heirs at law of said Deceased, and other persons interested in the estate, are as follows: Clinton D. Ribble of Gratiot County Michigan Doritha Badger of Penfield Calhoun County Cyntha Cook of Kalamazoo County being children of said deceased. George Fuller, Lottie Waman and Cenith Davison, children of Anna Fuller, a deceased daughter of said Clinton D. Ribble all are twenty one years of age Your petitioner therefore prays that administration of said estate may be granted To Charles Walkinshaw or some other suitable person, and that such other and further order and proceedings may be had in the premises, as may be required by the statute in such case made and provided. On this eleventh day of August A.D. one thousand Eight hundred and ninety four before me personally appeared Clinton D. Ribble the petitioner named in the forgoing petition, who being by me duly sworn, did depose and say, that he had heard read the foregoing petition by him subscribed and know the contents thereof, and that the same is true according to the best of his knowledge and belief.
