Note: n the 1850 USFC of Shelby Co., IN. Reportedly married 2 April 1847 Wilson T. Corwine, but this date is not plausible; perhaps it was 1857. Phoebe was found in the household in the 1850 USFC; she is not found in a local census in 1860, nor is the name Corwine, nor was Phoebe mentioned as a daughter or heir in the distribution of assets of the sale of Colville Pearce's farm in the early 1860s. One suspects either Phoebe expired, or was known by another name in the family. No record of Wilson T. Corwine was found in and after 1860. Note: She may have expired before 1863.
