Fritz, 81, died the morning of Nov. 3, 2009, at his residence. He was born Aug. 8, 1928, in Huron County to Ralph and Constance Wilhelm Fritz, who preceded him in death. He married Nonie Pine, who survives. Mr. Fritz retired from Nickles Bakery after 41 years. He was a member of St. Charles Catholic Church. He was an Army veteran of World War II. He loved to golf, play euchre and spend time with family and friends. Survivors also include four daughters, Nancy (Tom) Mustaine, of Huntsville, Sandra (John) Tilly, of Lima, Barbara (Ron) Baney, of Trabuco Canyon, Calif., and Tracy Kime, of Bowling Green; and nine grandchildren and nine great-grandchildren. He was preceded in death by eight siblings and a grandson. A memorial Mass will begin at 11 a.m. Saturday at St. Charles Catholic Church. Friends may call at a celebration of life luncheon immediately following the Mass. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the American Cancer Society.
