Notes
a. Note:   Helen Prade never had children, but she was like a mother to many. She was very generous. She had a great sense of humor and enjoyed life. She was always willing to go hunting, fishing, boating and traveling. She was devoted to her husband. They purchased a plot of land over looking Lake Waco and called it "Pradecliffe" Everyone who ever visited there came away with a warm feeling which raditated the lives of Helen and Neale Prade. They both loved wire fox terriers. They bred these dogs and the favorite male was named "Muggins." Muggins could get a little aggressive and one day while riding in the car, he saw a cow and jumped out. He trotted up to the cow and then realized that from the ground the cow was much larger that when he was in the car. On this realization, Muggins trotted back to the waiting car. The Prades also bought two ring tail monkeys name Scarlet and Herman. When the writer of this narrative would visit, Neale would put Herman in bed with me and the Herman would try to open my eye. Herman and his tricks were always amusing. Helen worked for a physician for a number of years. She died at work and his buried in Oakwood Cemetary in Waco, Texas. --Michael J. Kelly, nephew, Carrabelle, Fl, 1998
