Note: The 1880 Census Record of Minden, LA lists this family. William is listed as a gin repairer. He is shown as having been born in Lousiana and his father in Mississppi. His mother is also. His wife is listed as Ophelia P. Her place of birth is listed as Missippippi with her father being born in Georgia and her mother born in Mississippi. Children listed at home were Joesph C, William C, John C, Carrie V., Maud H., Martha E., and David M. On July 20, 1866, J. H. Cunningham gives to Ophelia T. Hadley his daughter and wife of William T. Hadley certain property in the Parish of Claiborne. Her mother Martha Ellen Thomas is spoken to in private so that she may give her consent without being infuenced by others. In 1865, J. H.
