Note: Mary Frances Daniel was called, Mayme or Aunt Mayme. Her obit states that she was born September 26, 1872 in Robinsville(Robinson), Texas and that she passed away Thursday January 14 at the age of 92. She was member of the Presbyterian Church. She married W. H. Linkenhoger November 19, 1902. He was a widower. They moved to Goldthwaite, Texas in 1916. Her husband was a blacksmith and he made plows and other farm tools. Her Pallbearers are listed as her grandsons and nephews, Jim Stowe, Pat Linkenhoger, Riley Harkey, Tom Porter, King Hadley, and WM Moulder. Two of her grandsons, who were Methodist Ministers, were in charge of the service. They were listed as Wesley Daniel of Seagrave, Texas and Hugh Daniel of Idalou, Texas. They are the sons of Newton Daniel. Newton Daniel was a Methodist Minister until his retirement. She was survived by two sons, W. W. Linkenhoger of Lubbock and E. B. Linkenhoger of Chicago; two daughters, Mrs. H. B. Hannah of Junction, Texas and Mrs. Newton Daniel of Seminole. Mrs. Newton Daniel was the daughter of her father's first marriage. Her maiden name was Thelma Irene Linkenhoger. Her obit states that at the time of her death she had eight grandchildren and 15 great-great grandchildren. Pat Linkenhoger is the son of W.W. Linkenhoger of Lubbock, Texas.
