a. Note:   WPG Hadley and his wife moved to Cheneyville, Rapides Parish where they resided for twenty years. While in Cheneyville, they ran a boarding house. They moved to Minden, Webster Parish, in 1849. WPG Hadley is listed in a will of his father Moses Hadley in the year 1818.
