Poff In the name of God, Amen I, Peter R. Poff being of sound mind but deble in body do make this my last will and testament. That is to say I desire in the first place that all of my just debts and burial expenses be paid out of my Estate as soon after my decease as may be convenient and in the second place I Will to my son Fleming J. V. Poff my tract of land that I now live on containing Fifty acres under this consideration, that he is to take care of me and his Mother and his Sister during our lives. (Sister named Addina) He also is to let his Mother have anything she wants as long as she lives. He is to have the land that I intended to give to my Daughter for taking good care of her, her lifetime. And at mine and my wife's death that my personal property if any to be sold and equally divided between all of my children except my son John F. Poff. He is to have one Dollar for this reason he has got his part of my estate already. I also desire my two Sons Fleming J. V. Poff and Green C. Poff to be my executors to settle my estate. In witness whare I Peter R. Poff do set my hand and affix my seal this 6th day of October 1892. Witness: Robt. W. Krofaff W. J. Poff J. E. Collins Peter Poff and Mary A. Conner were first cousins. Apprears on the Company Muster Roll of Co. B., 54 Infantry for July 9 to Dec. 31, 1863.
