He was a member of Our Lady of Nazareth Catholic Church and served in the United States Navy during World War II. Bob was a member of Moose Lodge #284 "The Sons of Confederate Veterans," Fincastle Rifle Camp #1326 and was an active member of "The Living Bank" Organ Donor. He was active in Engineering, Professional Management and Youth Organizations. A memorial service will be held 12:10 p.m. Monday, March 13, 2000 at Our Lady of Nazareth Catholic Church. Arrangements by Oakey's Roanoke Chapel.
