Note: From: "John K. MacPhee" <[email protected]> Date; 11 Feb 2000 John Kinsey wrote his will 24 Feb1846, he was still living on 15 April1846 (ref court case Downey vs. Graybill, 14 Nov 1848) and his will wasproved 2 May 1846. His date of death in the court case of 1848 is left blankand the Kinsey cemetery in Dayton where he was buried is lost. Long story! The omission of the family of John & Betsey Kinsey from Paul's bookisn't serious. John Kinsey had 15 children by two wives, most of them hadbig families and there are so many descendant Kinsey reseachers now itboggles the mind. I've attached a mystery photo. It may be Anna Elizabeth WagamanKinsey, the description on the photo is vague. She looks like Anna's son DanielW.Kinsey, my gggrandfather. -John John Kinsey Will can be found at USGENWEB Archives, Ohio, MontgomeryCo, Wills File contributed for use in USGenWeb Archives by John K.
