On May 26, 1874 she married John Ward in Exeter Township, Monroe County. Mary and John raised one child, Anna M. Ward born August 20, 1876 in Carleton, Monroe County. John died in 1901. Mary died on October 22, 1920 in Ash Township, Monroe County.
