First, I desire that all my just debts be paid. Second, I give, desire and bequeath to my beloved niece Frankie W. Brands, all of my property of every description and nature both real and personal. Third, I hereby appoint my brother, W. H. Waggener as Executor of this my last Will and Testament and request that he be not required to give the usual bond. Mary Lily Waggener Signed as Witnesses to the forgoing testament on this the 2nd day of April 1914 in the presence of each other. H.H. Weaver Florence Weaver (Frankie W. Brands was the youngest daughter of Mary Lily's sister Harriet Alice Brands. Florence Weaver was a daughter of Mary's oldest sister Elizabeth England, and Homer Hoyt was her husband. Florence and Homer were still around in 1937, to act as witnesses. Frankie had married by 1937 to a Mr. Jordan.
