Skinner, Justice of Peace, A.J. Flanagan and M.L. Moye alloted and set aside the sum of $600.00 for Mary Wainwright, widow of J.J. Wainwright and three minor children, which $192.00 was paid or property value delivered to her, there being a deficiency of $408.00 which was assessed to be paid by the administrator out of the personal assets of the estate. But since the payment of $192.00 the said Mary Wainwright died.
