a. Note:   ld and firmly bound unto the Commonwealth of Kentucky, in the penal sum of $400.00 dollars current money, to the payment of which will and truly to be made, we and each of us, bind ourselve and every of our heirs executors and administers jointly and severally firmly by these presents, sealed with our seals and dated this 6th day of December, 1819. The condition of the above obligation is such that if the above bound Jesse Payne, his heirs, executors and administrators shall, will and truly pay and deliver to MARIAH B WEAKLAND, ORPHAN of BOLES WEAKLAND deceased, of whom he is appointed Guardian and all such estate as now is or shall hereafter appear to be due from him, to the said Orphan, when she shall attain to the legal age to demand the same or when thereunto required by the Justices of the County of Bourbon for the time being and also deliver over to his successors all the estate of the said Orphan, in his hands, whereunto required by the said successors or Justices of the County Court. Aforesaid also faithfully executes his office in such a manner as to save himself and indemnify the County Court Justices, heirs, executors and Administrators from all now problems that may arise about said estate then this obligation to be void, also to remain in full force.
