Continued: Funeral services for Mrs. Lillie M. Hollopeter 83, of 613 E. 3rd ave., Milan, who died at home Saturday, will be held at 1pm tomorrow afternoon at the Wheelan Funeral Home, Rock Island. The Rev. Philip H. Frazier pastor of the First Baptist Church, Rock Island will officicate and burial will be in Reynolds Cemetery. Friends may call at the funeral home. The former Lillie Mae Wakeland was born Aug.4, 1888 at Norfolk, Nebraska, the daughter of Frank and Mary Williams Wakeland. She recieved her education in Mercer county and had been a resident of Rock Island from 1932 until moving to Milan last year. She was married to David R Hollopeter May 20,1908 in Rock Island. He preceded her in death June 1, 1952. Surviving are a daughter Mrs. Kenneth (Dorothy)Taylor, Abingdon, IL; a son Joe I. Rock Island, 4 grandchildren; 7 gr-gr- grandchildren; 4 sisters, Mrs. Paul Buchanan of Moline; Mrs. Myrtle Bruner aledo; Mrs. Nettie Boney Reynolds, Mrs. Pearl Peters, Muscatine and two brothers Joseph Wakeland, Aledo and Isaac Wakeland, Muscatine, Iowa.
