On 2- 16- 1796 Boles signed a marriage bond for Micheal Litton and Isabella Jones Bourbon Co Kentucky. LDS film #0183075 Bourbon County, Kentucky Marriage Book 1794-1796 On 2- 6- 1807 Boles married Winifred (Rice) Bowles Paris Twp, Bourbon Co Ky. About September 1807 Boles died. September Court 1807 Bourbon Co Ky Administrator of the estate of Bowles Weakland deceased, is granted to Winifred Weakland and Thomas Starke who made oath thereto and together with Michael Hornback Jr. and William Branham their securities entered into and acknowledged their bond in the penalty of $3000 conditioned as the law directs. Certificate is granted them for obtaining letters of administration in due form. Ordered that Aquila Parker, Michael Hornback Jr, William Henderson, or any three of them being first sworn before a Magistrate of this county do appraise in current money, the slaves ,if any, and personal estate of Bowles Weakland deceased and return their appraisement to the next court. July Court 1811 Bourbon County,Kentucky On the motion of William B Branham and Michael Hornback Jr securities of Thomas Starke and Winnifred Payne, late Winnifred Wakeland,administrators of the estate of Bowles Wakeland deceased, they, the said Thomas and Winnifred having been summoned to appear here this day to show cause, if any they could why they should not give counter security in the room of the said Branham and Hornback. Having appeared in court and refusing to give the security required,it is ordered that said Branham and Hornback be released from their security ship. It is further ordered that the said Thomas and Winnifred deliver up the estate of the said decedant into the hands of the Sheriff of this County, who shall administer the same according to the law. On the motion of Thomas Marks and Winnifred Payne, administrator and administrix of the estate of Bowles Wakeland deceased, it is ordered that Aquilla Parker, William Mitchell and Michael Hornback Jr. and Samuel Henderson or any three of them, being first duly sworn before a Magistrate of the County do examine, state and settle with them this account of their said Administration and return the settlement to the next Court. January Court 1812 Bourbon County, Kentucky Administration of the estate of Bowles Wakeland deceased is granted to Jesse Payne who makes oath thereto and together with Thomas Payne and John Green, his securities intends into and acknowledged their bonds in the penalty of fifteen hundred dollars conditioned as the law directs. Certificate is granted him for obtaining letters of Administration in dues form and the Sheriff of this County is discharged from any further administration thereon. December Court 1815 Montgomery County On the motion of Peter Forqueson, he is appointed guardian to William Wakeland of the age of 19 years in January next and Joice Wakeland of the age of 17 years past and Polly Wakeland of the age of 15 years and Theodocia Wakeland of the age of 13 years the 15th day of March next. They are orphans of Boles Wakeland deceased. Upon his giving bond, with Wilder Cook, Crittenden Forqueson and Richmond Hall, his securities in the sum of $300.00 and therefore, the said Peter Forqueson, with the said Cook, Forqueson and Hall, entered into a bond accordingly to law. I, -------, Clerk of the Court of the County aforesaid, do hereby certify that the foregoing order is truly taken from the Records of said Court. Given under my hand this 29, day of December.
