Born Sept 18,1940, in Oregon, the son of Merle and Clara Glasgow Wakenight Survivors include his sons, David (fiancee, Chandra Carpenter) Wakenight Gregory (Johanna) Wakenight, George Worley Jr., Thomas O'Dowd and Ronald (JoAnna) O'Dowd, and daughters, Denise (Gary) Lindeman and Joy (Dan) Miller,all of Rockford; 15 grandchildren; one great-granddaughter; and two brothers Kim (Sherry) Wakenight of Rockford and James (Donna) Wakenight of Summersville, Mo. Predeceased by parents and a brother and a sister. Services at 11a.m. Friday, July 26, In Farrell-Holland Funeral Horne, 110 S. Seventh St, Oregon. Burial In Daysville Cemetery. Visitation from 10 a.m. to service time Friday in the funeral home. Memorial fund is being established.
