Wife Ida age 23 born in AR is listed on this census also daughter Audrie age 6 born in AR(this daughter's mother was Maud Whittaker) and a step-son James Garvin age 5 1/2 born in AR. Buried at Old Military, Sedgwick, AR Jack had three wives the third one is Lillie m. Neal--son Charles born November 10. 1941 Sedgwick Lawrence Co. AR. And a son named Floyd married a Bonnie Fry that was a daughter of Eugene Fry and Eugene was a son of Cicero Fry. Charles married Betty Gates June 28, 1975--Betty was born January 30, 1941. I don't know if this Henry Jackson DEEN belongs on the Whittaker Tree, but will record this obit here: Henry Jackson DEEN, age 68 of Jonesboro, AR died September 18, 1997 at his home. Born January 1, 1929, at Sedgwick, he lived most of his lifetime in the Walnut Ridge, and Jonesboro area. he was a retired truck driver. he was preceded in death by a daughter, Donna Deen and two sisters, Gladys Deen and Marzie Deen Doyle. Survivors include four sons, Jerry Deen and Carl Deen, both of Benton, Carrol Deen, Jonesboro and Jeff Deen, Imboden; two daughters, Linda Pope, Benton and Brenda Whitmire, Jonesboro; two sisters, Vaulene Ball, Walnut Ridge, and Artie Doyle, Jonesboro; two brothers, Rufus Fry, Jonesboro and Willis "Dub' Deen, Rockford, ILL., 17 Grandchildren and 14 great grandchildren. Funeral was Monday morning at 10:00 at the Farmers Union funeral Home with Bro. Marion Stringer officiating. Burial was in the Manning Cemetery, near Sedgwick. Nephews served as pallbearers.
