 Mrs. H. I. Auestad Dies at Slater Tribune County News Service SLATER, Jan 2. - Mrs. H. I. Auestad, 73 years old, died here this morning at her home after an illness of two days with bronchial pneumonia. She was taken ill Monday.
 Mrs. Auestad had been a resident of Slater for 50 years. She is survived by five stepchildren, Mrs. Miller Heggen of Slater, Mrs. Randolph Peterson of Sheldahl, Mrs. Lew Larson of Albin, Wyo., Herman Auestad of Des Moines, and Andrew Auestad of Kensett, two brothers, S. O. Wald of Slater and Martin Wald of Mason City, and two sisters, Mrs. Charles Anderson and Mrs. Clarence Clark, both of Slater.

 Mrs. H. I. Auestad Funeral Sunday SLATER, Jan 3, - Funeral services for Mrs. H. I. Auestad, who died Wednesday after a two days illness with pneumonia at her home here, will be held Sunday afternoon at 2 o'clock at Bethlehem church. The Rev. E. R. Rorem will be in charge. Burial will be in the Slater cemetery.
