 Clara Ness was born April 16, 1907, near McHenry, N.D., where she grew up and attended school. On Oct. 11, 1931, she married Elton Waldo in New Rockford, N.D. They farmed near Hamar, N.D. Mr. Waldo died in 1963. She then moved to Warwick, N.D.
 She is survived by three sons, Wendell (Julie), Hamar, Ronald (Lorene), Warwick, Darrell (Pam), Billings, Mont.; 14 grandchildren; 29 great-grandchildren; and four great-great-grandchildren.
 Visitation: Friday from 10 to 11 in Sigdal Lutheran Church near Hamar.
 Funeral: Friday at 11 in the church.
 Burial: Sigdal Church Cemetery near Hamar.
