a. Note:   Nothing known for certain about Winslow. Possibly it was he who married an Alcorn and was drowned while skating across the St. John River. If so,she took the two children and returned to her people. They may have moved to Grand Falls. He was supposed to be a farmer who lived at Grand Falls,New Brunswick. The Alcorns possibly moved up river and the children may have been brought up as Alcorns
