Note: , Saskatchewan. He graduated from Scott Collegiate and went to work with his cousin Neil Balkwill in the Recreation Department of the City of Regina where he worked until his untimely death in 1977. Wayne was a great father to his children, spending as much time with them as he could. He liked the out of doors and spent what time he could at the lake with his family, swimming and boating.
