 William Weldon Hill, 79, near New Castle died Sunday night at Norton Infirmary, Louisville, after breaking his hip a week ago. He was a farmer and a member of the New Castle Methodist Church.
  He is survivied by two sons, Harlon [correct spelling is Harlan] Hill, Amarillo, Texas and Ed Hill, New Castle, five grandchildren; one half-sister, Mrs. George Wills, New Washington, Indiana; two brothers, Orrin Hill and Marshall Hill, Bardstown.
  Funeral services were held 1 p.m. Wednesday from Prewitt's, New Castle, conducted by Rev. Graham Abbott. Burial was in the New Castle Cemetery.
  Casketbearers were Ed Drane, M. P. Baxter, Maurice Jones, Warren Hardin, Fred Taylor and Clarence Moore.
