Note: EVERETT P. LETTER Everett P. Leiter, 88, 500 Lincolnway East, Apt. 108, Mishawaka, former ly of Goshen and Osceola, died at 10 a.m. Friday in St. Joseph Hospital, M ishawaka. He had been a patient there since Dec. 24. He was born May 14, 1 904, Kosciusko County, to Philip and Etta (Duvall) Leiter. He was marri ed March 17; 1928, to Susie Downhour. She died Sept. 43, 1963. In D ecember, 1964, in Osceola he was married to Bertha Walker Lehr. She d ied Jan. 25, 1987. He had operated Leiter Sheet Metal Shop / Goshen fr om 1940 to 1968. He moved to Mishawaka in 1990. He was a member of the Pl easant Valley United Church of Christ, Osceola. Surviving are three daug hters, Arlene Leiter, Goshen, Ellen Leiter, Orlando, Fla., and Shirl ey (Mrs. Charles) Lehr, Orlando; five sons, Everett, Martinsville, Freder ick, Bloomington, Gale, Kokomo, Gerald, Elkhart, and Cloyce, Orlando; 15 g randchildren; and 18 great - grandchildren . He was preceded in death by t wo bothers, his twin, Elvin, and Cloyce; and by a half brother, LeRoy. Fri ends will be received from 5 to 8 p.m. Saturday and for one hour pri or to the funeral, set for 4 p.m. Sunday at Yoder-Culp Funeral Home, Go shen. The Rev.
