Note: Ida Walker--Services for Ida O. Walker, 86, of 203 Manchester Drive who died at 9 a.m. Sunday in Regency place, after an illness, will be at 11 a.m. Thursday in Albright United Methodist Church, of which she was a member. Burial will be in Fairview Cemetery. Friends may call from 2 to 4 and from 7 to 9 p.m. Wednesday Bubb Funeral Chapel. Memorial contributions may be made to the church. She was born Aug. 18, 1902, in Gads Hill, Ontario, and had lived most of her life in the Mishawaka area, coming from Canada. On Nov. 30, 1923, in Cadillac, Mich., as Ida O. Pehlke, she married Carl W. Walker. He died July 25,1965. Surviving are a son, Dwight E. W alker of South Bend: two granddaughters; a sister, Dora Cunningham of Mishawaka; and a brother, Willam Pehlke of South Bend. The South Bend Tribune January 30, 1989 Ida Walker--Services for Ida O.
