Walker of New Hartford Oneida County aforesaid being of sound mind and memory blessed by God for his name do make, publish and delare this to be my last will and testament - that is to say. First, I freely give, bequeth and designate my dearly beloved wife Jane Walker all of my financial and real estate of every name and nature and wheresoever situated to be her absolute property.
