The factory is now conveniently situated for supplies from all parts of the district, and Mr Parrotts enterprise has been rewarded with a considerable increase of support, the suppliers now numbering about 40. The new building is erected on the most approved plan for the purpose, and all the internal arrangements are of a modern description. There are 2 seperators capable of putting through about 500 gallons per hour: and t he butter making appliances are sufficient to cope with more than twice the demand made upon them. A plentiful supply of the purest water is obtained from a sunk well, and is laid on all over the building. This in combination with excellent ventillation keeps the factory cool in the hottest weather. The factory is under the management of Mr W King, and the butter turned out is highly spoken of by the consumers. ************************
