  Will allowed Nov. 26, 1901
  Be it remembered that I Richard Condrick of Spencer, in commonwealth of Massachusetts, being of sound mind and memory but knowing the uncertainty of this life, do make this my last will and testament.
  After payment of my just debts and funeral charges, I bequeath and devise as follows -
  1st I give and devise to my daughter Mary Wall the sum of five hundred dollars, [nearing] and [inter day] to give to her the money deposited in the Worcester County Institution of Savings and the Spencer Savings Bank which now amounts to almost said sum, and this devise is not to exceed said deposits at time of my death.
  2nd I give and devise to my said daughter her heirs and assigns my homestead estate in said Spencer, bounded east by Lake Street, north by Powers street, west by land now a formerly of Michael Willy and south by land of Mrs. Nellie [Broning] and H.P. Morse.
  3rdI give and devise to my son John Condrick his heirs my real estate known as the block bounded east by Lake street, north by Highland street, west by land of one Rowley and south by Powers street in said Spencer.
  4thAre the residue of my estate if any, I give to my said daughter, Mary Wall.
  I appoint my daughter Mary Wall executrix of this my last will and request that she be exempt from furnishing sureties on her bond.
  In testimony whereof I hereunto set my hand and in the presence of these witnesses declare this to be my last will this tenth day of October in the year one thousand nine hundred and one.

  On the tenth day of October A.D. 1901 Richard Condrick of Spencer Massachusetts signed the foregoing instrument in our presence, declaring it to be his last will: and as witnesses thereof we three do now at his request, in his presence, and in the presence of each other hereto subscribe our names.
