 W E Green says that to the best of his knowledge and belief the names of the heirs of said Samuel McDonal deceased, and their places of residence are respectively as follows:
  John McDonal in Jasper County and
 Elizabeth Carson in Miller Co Mary Whitney , Henry T Mcdonal, Sarah J, McDonal, and Samuel A McDonal in Moniteau Co
 And the heirs of Lydia A Bell , Louisa J Bell in Moniteau Co
 Samuel H, Martha S, Jeremiah ??? ??? Willi?, John S and James M Bell Miller Co grandchildren
  All in the state of Missouri
 That said Samuel McDonal died without a WILL; that he will make a perfect inventory of, and faithfully administer all the estate of the deceased, and pay the debts as far as the assets will extend, and the law directs, and account for and pay all assets which shall come to his possession or knowledge.
