Borden of Lawrence Co., State of AL, aged 50 years, being desirous of entering the SW 1/4 of the SE 1/4 of Section 2 and the NW 1/4 of the NE 1/4 of Section 11 all in township 8 of range 8 west under the act entitled an ad to graduation______ the price of public lands to actual settlers and cultivators approved 4 August 1854 do solemnly swear that I enter the land for the use of said adjoining farm owned by me _______in the SE 1/4 of the SW 1/2 section NO. 2 and NW 1/4 of NE 1/4 of southwest all in Township 8 of Range 8 west about 25 acres in cultivation and together with the entry made _______I have not acquired from the United States under the ____ of lands ____________more than ______________according to the return of the Surveys. I further testify that said land is not now in the occupancy of ______________further if there should been actual settlers residing upon such land at the date of my entry of the same I hereby relinquish all claim.
