  KRAGEN--In this city, April 13, 1927, Louis Kragen, beloved busband of the late Rachel Kragen, loving father of Daniel Kragen, Mrs. S. Winer [Juliette Kragen], Mrs. M. Rosenberg [Elsie Kragen], Mrs. R. Oghsenhein [Oschenbein; Charlotte Kragen], Mrs. Bertha Goldstone [Bertha Rose Kragen], brother of Mrs. M. Garren [Rachel Kragen], Miss E. Kragen [Essie Kragen], Simon, Joseph and Ephraim Kragen, aged 67 years.
 Funeral services will be held Friday, April 15, at 10:30 o'clock a.m. at the mortuary of Halsted & Co., 1123 Sutter St., near Polk. Interment, Hills of Eternity.

  Louis Kragen, born in San Francisco in 1860, died in San Francisco (Hills of Eternity, crypt 4A13-40 the 13 April 1927, married Rachel Goldenson, in 1882 in San Francisco, CA (born in Sweden and died the 22 April 1924 in San Francisco, CA).
  His mother, Bertha Kragen, traveled ahead of her husband to San Francisco with her two year old son Louis by ship around Cape Horn in 1863. Louis graduated from old Lincoln School and operated the Old Exposition Woodworking Col. until his death in 1927. He and Rachel had 7 children.
