 - David Xander, son of Hans David of Whitehall and weaver by trade, married Catherine Stettler and they received her father's homestead in 1785. David went to Whitehall, Daniel who settled in Weisenberg, Henry went to Kutztown, Peter to Penn Valley, George to Mertztown and Joseph settled in Greenwich.
 Deobald's children are: Jonathan, who married Molly Schumacher and received his father's homestead, Dewald, who went to Union County, Jesse went to Lynn Township and Charles and Peter lived in Carbon County, Jonathan Xander, who received his father's homestead, Mary Ann married to Jonas "Kreely" (Kressley), Sarah Amanda married Jefferson Holben and Priscilla married Henry Frey. (*note: Mary Ann, Sarah Amanda and Priscilla were daughters of Jonathan Xander)
  - Assessment -1781- Weisenberg Twp. - included David Zander(Xander), Daniel Stettler, Philip Stettler.
  - He (and his son, David Jr.) are listed on the 1800 Census for Weisenberg Twp., Northampton (now Lehigh) Co., PA. He also is listed on the 1820 Census (along with sons, Daniel and George, and Dewald's widow, Margaretha) for Weisenberg Twp., Lehigh Co., PA.
