Text: Erected by Alison Dargie in affectionate remembrance of her husband George Dargie who lost his life by accident 21st October 1874 in the 51st year of his age and is interred in Monikie Churchyard and also their beloved daughter Susan who died 16th June 1885 in the 29th year of her age and is interred here also their only son David who lost his life through an accident in the Dundee Foundry on the 12th May 1890 aged 39 and is interred in Section Q. The above Alison Dargie died 12th March 1912 in her 90th year and is interred in Trinity Cemetery Aberdeen
