Notes
a. Note:   1870 census lists her birthplace as Illinois 1850 census lists her bp as Indiana (perhaps because vermillion county illinois, where they were in 1850, and proportedly where they were married, borders Indiana) all information on sarah's parents is compleatly speculated. I have no proof as of yet. need to email fhcarol@dellepro.com from a letter written by daughter Isabell Scott written to her other daughter (letter between sisters) "Ma's father name was Miller, her mothers name was Jennings" and "when he died, he had married a woman by the name of Loomis. She was a mean woman and got away with all the property belonging to ma, her sister Jane, and two half brothers Armeaneus and Silious. They crossed the plains I think in 49. Silious Miller was frowned while crossing the plains. Armeaneus Ma never heard from as you know."
