Landon's mother's maiden name was foreman census data acquired the names of the fowolling children: May W Alice A Marguerite James M John D Foster however, family record (provided by Karen Harris) deviates after ther first three children. Her record indicates the folowwing: John Brown Lemon who married Ruby Whinnen, Portia B. Lemon who married Raymond W. Hawley; Charles W. Lemon who was born about 1893 and died in Florence, Pinal County, AZ on October 14, 1893. her record also indicated that they had 7 children, but she only listed 6. Unclear as to the precise names, however, it is probable that John D, was infact John Brown, so at least there the records match. charles would not hav appeared on the 1900 census, for obvious reasons. Foster could be portia, the sex and birth order match up. The only curiosity is James M. He may be the "7th" child, not listed by her. Will try and continue to research
