These 2 sons were indeen known to have gone to California with their father anyone have any idea why they were in Wisconsin in 1850? according to Jody had an Inn in Wisconsin, it burned down but she saved the silver (all she had left from her dowery from her rich family). Got enough money to send the two boys Edgar and A.H. early in 1850s (very young about 16 and 18.
