Anthony died May 1652 inNorthampton Co (now Acc Co), VA, at 51 years of age.(80577) He married Anne (-----) 11 Mar 1633/34 (lic) in London.(80578) AnthonyWest, chirurgion, married Anne Huffe, widow, by license from the Bishopof London. Anne was born circa 1610 in England. Anne died before 17 Mar 1678/79 atapproximately 68 years of age.(80579) It was on this date that Mr. HenryParke sued Mrs. Catherin Scarburrow as the administratress of the estateof Mrs. Ann Charleton (deceased). Since no administration had yet beentaken out, the suit was dismissed.
