a. Note:   Minnie and Ephraim are buried in the Palestine Cemetery on State Road 25 east of the town of Palestine. They
 are buried in row 9.
  In her lifetime Minnie had owned and operated a number of
 businesses including a rooming house, meat market, dry goods store
 grocery store and candy kitchen and ice cream parlor. She also studied
 chiropody and opened a practice in Indiana.
  It is said that she purchased the family home on Palestine Lake in
 Indiana without consulting her husband.
