Note: This was their 1st Daughter Sarah Ellison. She was born @@ 28 Wall Strett @@ 7:0 0 AM. Baptized by Rev. Thomas Smyth, 2nd
Presbyterian Church. She died afte r being ill for 4 days.
Note by her father in bible: Sarah Ellison Griffith - died in
the morning of the 14th day of Bebruary 1844 at one o'clock
after an i llness of 4 days, aged 5 months. She was a sweet
child - too shwwe for earth. I hope her home is now with God in
Christ, Amen. 15th Feb. R.J.G.
