Note: Frank Neel suffered from tuberculosis and came to New Mexico in 1910 with his parents. The Neels moved to New Mexico from Kansas in the hope that Frank would recover from the disease. He worked for some time as a maintenance man at the Santa Fe Copper Company mine near San Pedro, NM. He lived for some time in the tent city of the mine. He later moved to Albuquerque where he was a cabinet maker and carpenter.
