Note: HODA SMITH (Unknown Newspaper) FLORA-Hoda Smith 89, of Flora, formerly of Xenia, died at 7:00 P.M., July 12, 1980, at the Flora Nursing Center. Funeral services were held July 15 at the Xenia United Methodist Church. Mr. Smith, a retired farmer, was born December 1, 1890, in Effingham County, IL; son of W.H. and Anna Taylor Smith He married Maude Ehlers, February 7, 1917, in Vandalia, IL. She survives.
