a. Note:   Joe was living in a church ran home in New Orleans , La until hurricane Katrina hit in about 2005, then he was taken to a Chuch home in Round Rock . Texas
 and he stayed there for almost two years, and then he was taken back to McComb, MS. to live in a nursing home there where he was seen after by his brother Ray.
 Joe Fell the Week that he died and sustained a Subdural Hematoma, and due to his having alzheimers, the family made the decision not to operate. He was sent back to the Nursing home from the hospital and was turned over to Hospice to be made as comfortable as possible. and he passed away today on June 12, 2012.
  Joe was a wonderful person, tho he was deaf, and crippled, he led as much of a normal of a life as he could. People loved him, he had a real outgoing personality,
 and never met a stranger. Even with his disabilities, he held down a full time job and surported himself. He love to take trips, and he took many as long as he was
 able to go . Joe will certainly be missed by the family and his friends.
