Note: Obituary (Public Library, Jackson, Jackson County, Ohio 01-25-06), Paper: The Jackson Herald, Friday, December 5\super th\nosupersub , 1952: Louisa Brown Dies Thursday - Rites to be held Saturday afternoon at 2:00 - Louise Brown, 93, passed away Thursday morning at 2 a.m. at the home of Mrs. Helen Perkins at Bethel Ridge (in Jackson County, near Beaver, Ohio - which is in Pike County). The deceased was born in Greenup Kentucky and was a member of the Portsmouth Baptist church. She is survived by three children, Everett Brown of Columbus, F.C. Brown of Greenfield and Lucy Carter of Columbus. Also surviving is a twin sister, Lucres Prader of Portsmouth. The body is at the Sperry funeral home where funeral services will be held at p.m Saturday afternoon. Rev. A. E. Pusey will officiate.
