Notes
a. Note:   According to Mildred Smith Laney in her Shiloh/Delta Cemetery Survey book (1990), she says the first reported oldest unmarked grave which is built up with rock and an iron pipe at the head, may be the burial site of Rev. William Morrison, a charter member of the the Shiloh Primitive Baptist Church (constituted 16 July 1837) and an early minister of the church. He is said to have preached to the Indians while in Tennessee. All the children of William and Elizabeth are not known. According to 1830 census of Monroe County, Tennessee, there were 7 males and 4 females in the household of William Morrison. At least two sons were already married and listed with their own families in the census. This according to Dawn Crawford of Memphis, Tennessee who is a 5th great-granddaughter of William and Elizabeth. Fought in the War of 1812.
