Notes
a. Note:   Koyla Larson Frasier remembered her grandmother as a well-dressed, proper lady who you would never guess was married to a farmer. She had a special buggy, riding gloves and a whip. Charles Larson remembered his grandmother as having a small frame, about 5' tall. He related a story Hulda had passed on about her childhood. Hulda's mother had died young. They would occasionally get a knock on the door in the middle of the night and her father Carl (Charles) would leave for months, the children left to fend for themselves.[zagger.ged] Koyla Larson Frasier remembered her grandmother as a well-dressed, proper lady who you would never guess was married to a farmer.
